Great blade for Hardie plank siding
Works perfectly for cutting the Hardie plank siding and even the thicker trim boards. Faster and cleaner cuts as opposed to using shears, though it obviously creates more dust. Made easily 200+ cuts without any issues or noticeable wear.

Composite decking blade
Cuts like butter. I used this to complete my dock with Wear Deck composite wood. It makes one helluva mess when cutting but leaves perfect smooth edges. Best blade on the market for composite decking imo.

Top notch blades & great value!
Arrived on time in perfect condition. Cheaper than Home Depot. Blade cut through James Hardy plank v groove siding like butter. We have a couple different sizes in this particular blade, and they LAST. One blade is all you need to finish a project. We used them for putting siding on a 4000 sq.foot house and didn't need to replace the blade. No wobble, skipping or hopping while cutting. Great value for your money.

Cut right through the boards and less dust.
It cut like cutting butter. I had to rip a long board and it cut as fast as I push it.

For Circular Saws Only
This blade works well with circular saws. It cuts cleanly without problems. Tthat's what this blade is designed for. 5 stars if that's your need. However, if you need to rip a Trex board and your CS skills are not the best, you need to use a table saw. And that's where this blade runs into trouble. Like most most high tooth count CS blades it leaves a very narrow kerf - too narrow for your typical riving knife. Thunk! You need a blade that cuts just a wee bit wider a kerf. And that's why only 4 stars - I cannot use it on my DeWalt 7485. Fortunately Diablo also makes a quality high tooth count ATB blade that cuts just as well and leaves a kerf wide enough to eliminate TS knife issues. So, good quality, but not a mate for small contractor TS use. Informed buying decisions lead to less grief.

Very nice blade
I purchased this blade specifically for installing a new Trex deck at my house. I am a fan of Diablo blades and composite decking is expensive enough that I decided to spring for a dedicated blade for it. I used this blade in a Dewalt DWS779 saw also purchased from Amazon. That combination worked incredibly well for the composite decking material. It bogged down slightly at times, but it never negatively affected the finish or quality of a cut. When I got close to the end of the project, I became a bit bolder and began to try using this blade on some wood cuts (pressure treated 2x12s and pressure treated 4x4s). I was happy with the results. I then tried using other blades and even a few cordless saws on the composite material. Truly, the composite material cut very nicely using every blade I tried. Overall, this is a great blade. I am not sure I would buy it just for use on a single job using composite material. That is due to the fact that the material cut well without it. That being said, Diablo makes a great blade and I am very happy to have this blade in my collection. Like my other Diablo blades, I expect to use the happily for many years. If you want the recommended blade for cutting Trex materials, you cannot go wrong with this blade.
