Beautiful Necklace, I ordered the sterling silver, 14 inch necklace.This necklace is well made and very pretty.I got this necklace for my daughter for Christmas, she loved it, I ordered the wrong length size it was too short.I messaged Lifequeen to see what I could do to change the length, they responded quickly and asked me what size I wanted, I let them know and when I asked where to return the one I had, they said no worries we will make you another necklace, keep the one you have as a gift, I never expected them to do this, especially since it was my mistake.Since they were making another necklace my daughter wanted a different font and they were nice enough to change that too.I am posting pictures of both necklaces so you can see them,She has had so many compliments!Customer Service is outstanding! Thank you again!

The necklace is very cute and a decent quality for the price. The only thing o would have changed was the attachment to the heart makes it flip upside down sometimes but ther than that I really like it!

It’s cheap! I purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. She was so excited to have a necklace with her name but unfortunately the necklace is so thin and so cheap it was broken and could not be worn! Per Amazon agreement I called to return for refund long before 30 days only to get a message that the seller would have to review and let me know in 24-48 hours. I bought thru Amazon prime and had no clue it was a third party (probably China) seller. I cannot recommend this necklace or seller.
