I really love turmeric. It's been great at helping me manage my chronic inflammation. To be honest, I haven't really noticed a difference in brands -- they all seem to work really well. The only bad part about this bottle is that one of the capsules came open in transit (or somewhere else), so the interior of the bottle was all yellow. Turmeric stains, so I get a yellow on my hands every time I pour out a couple of pills. Not a big deal. I'm sure it was accidental and probably pretty rare. At any rate, these have worked great!

Didn’t really see the result expected

Just to clarify for readers of this review, interested in a Curcumin supplement. This is a Brown Rice-Curcumin Complex, where brown rice is the first ingredient (thus the larger quantity). Each capsule has 660mg of this Organic Complex. The product label displays the USDA Organic certification/badge. This lends confidence and comfort in the purity and quality of the ingredients, checking off an important quality box. The product details offers a picture that also shows a certification/badge for GMP. I couldn't find this badge, nor any text on the label indicating GMP certification. This misinformation dings the rating. Studies have shown that brown rice, which is nutrient dense, does offer possible health benefits, including cardiovascular, blood sugar and blood pressure maintenance. So, it's an apt complement to the curcumin component. However, for those looking solely for a Curcumin supplement, the actual amount of that element in this supplement is unknown. Based on these observations and considerations, this brown rice-curcumin complex garners a 4 star rating.

This is a good non-GMO turmeric supplement with a very potent dosage (1,320 mg). It's easy to consume and did not give me any side effects. Definitely on the pricier side, though.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!

I have added turmeric and curcumin to my diet for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant abilities. I've been taking them, along with several other supplements, in an attempt to reduce inflammation from osteoarthritis. I have been taking them for several years. Initially, it took about 3 months to see any real results, but I feel a definite difference now. This is a brown rice and curcumin complex. I'm not sure why I would even want brown rice mixed in the capsule. The turmeric and curcumin are the important ingredients. The seller/mfgr does not disclose how much curcumin is in each capsule. This is an important omission. The minimum effective dose of turmeric is about 500 mg per day and I take about 1,000. I expect more transparency from a company that charges such a steep price for their product, fifty eight dollars at the time of my review.
