Diese Einlegesohlen helfen mir zwar beim Gehen (sie entlasten das Zehgelenk), aber das Stehen auf diesen Einlagen fühlt sich gar nicht gut an. Schon nach ca. 2 Stunden im Stehen fühlten sich meine Füße sehr erschöpft an. Ohne die Einlagen kann ich problemlos auch deutlich länger stehen.

I bought these inserts at the recommendation of my podiatrist who has had great success with this product. My story is that I had bunion surgery several years ago, but the damage from the bunions caused arthritis in my big toe joints. This in turn caused strain on my Achilles tendon. I needed a solution. I’ve been using these inserts a couple weeks now and I am already noticing improvement. Not only are my feet and toe joints feeling better, but my Achilles tendon appears to be less stained and does not hurt as much. These insoles are impeccably made to the exact size listed. They are so thin and fit perfectly under my custom insert. They are stiff without any give at all which supports my feet perfectly. Even with long walks, I don’t feel the rigid insole, but my feet feel better when I return. I do not know something like this could help my feet and Achilles so much. Highly recommended!!!

I have Hallux Rigidus and my orthopedic doctor recommended carbon fiber insoles. She had the insoles for sale and they were over $100 for one insole. I tried it on and inspected it in the office. I was happy with it but it was too expensive. After researching I found TEGA CARBON FIBER INSOLES on Amazon at a reasonable price for 2, with no shipping. The value is fantastic. The beauty of having a pair is that they are reversible. These minimize bending of my toe which gives me stability to relieve pressure and pain. Have found them great in reducing fatigue. They are light in weight, smooth and thin. The sizing is accurate. I look forward to wearing these daily for support and comfort.

Hard to over state how much stiffness these soles add. I use Salomon running shoes as my cycling shoes, add the soles to stiffen the shoes, works excellent.
