Lovely product, but the packaging it comes in looks very cheap- product itself is great, although it doesn’t stay cool for long at all, it heats up very quickly.

Bought this as a present so it was sent direct to the person, so I didn't see it personally but the person was absolutely over the moon with it and said it felt really nice and cold and relaxing on the face.

Fake Product - The Mask Is Plastic!
The mask is made out of plastic, not obsidian! The product also comes in a white box which has no logo's on it which is also different from the photos. I've returned the product and they have now removed the obsidian from their page!
