Alright folks, this goofy band is awesome!! I am 5:6 175 and carry all of my weight in my stomach! When I first opened it I thought no way am I wearing this ridiculously long band!! Then, I thought what the heck and started wrapping it around me. I started right at my pubic bone and headed north, ending about 3 inches below my breast line. Then, I took both hands and ran them down my body and almost fell over!!! My stomach was flat!!!! All of my weight is in my stomach and I hate it! My son is getting married in a month so I didn't have time for 10 million sit-ups before then so needed a waist sucker inner. I ordered every kind, brand, zip ones, hook ones, pull up ones and hated them all. I had almost given up when I tried this band! I am not kidding you, my torso was flat! was flat and I didn't have it sinched super tight because I was by myself and need my husband to give it the final tug. I just can't believe how easy and great this thing is! Those other contraptions were almost the death of me trying to get them on, pull up, peal down, zip, get over my head and breathe at the same time! This band lets me do all the above! Plus, it is more than half the cost of the other ones I have tried! It wraps in all the back/side fat that bulges out with some shapers. It did not roll down or up! Plus, I get to wear my own bra and undies, and going potty won't be an issue as it is with some other shapers. I am going to retry on some of the dress's I have laying here waiting for a return with this belt on, and I am guessing I will now find a keeper in all of these goofy dresses I have ordered and planned on sending back! Highly, highly, recommend this band!!! Thanks for showing me my waist again! :)

I was honestly skeptical at first, but this waist trainer completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I put it on, I could feel the firm yet comfortable compression — it instantly smoothed my waist and gave me a more defined hourglass shape under my clothes.

This waist trainer is perfect! You can wrap it as tight or as loose as you want. You can change the position of where you put it. It’s perfect! It stays put and it’s comfortable to wear for multiple hours a day

Product fit nicely however on my body it made my back budge on top like my back Chubs lol . It pushed it up to me that didn’t feel comfortable. But otherwise product was fine and I returned only for that reason.

This is a good product for how much it cost. The size is very accurate. It has good coverage it functions all right it tends to slip down after wrapping but other than that it is good. It also helps support keeping your back straight.

Yes it's long.. But that's OK. You can wrap it in all the places and there's enough to do that. I've worn this once. It's a chore to put on and I think I had it too tight because I was out of breath cleaning house. I'd recommend

I love that i can taylor it to myself since im pretty petite. ❤️ It fits nicely and fits comfortably the only thing is that i have back fat so it rolls down just a bit at the back 😆 Besides that it really helps with compressing the stomach area. ❤️

Absolutely love this, was just wanting something cheap to start with, but holly, I was not expecting it to be so high quality! In love with this, helps sit straight and u can make it as tight or as loose as u want, also love how it shapes to the body, holds it nice and firm. 100% recommend if ur looking for a high quality waist trainer to start with without wasting too much money! Also I find this trainer will save money, instead of having to size down eventually and buy another, this just goes as small as u need.

Amazing. I didn't realize how long it was when I first took it out of the package. And I was wondering how I was going to be able to fit it all around my body. But once I figured out how to get it on right I was amazed at how comfortable and stretchy it was. I highly recomend buying it. Worth every $$$
