Curry Made Easy: The Practical Guide to Sri Lankan Cooking Paperback – January 16, 2017

This book is great for those who are new to cooking authentic curry. I was always intimidated by too many, hard to find ingredients, but this book really does make it EASY. The first recipe we tried was a great success. No worries either for those who think it might by too spicy or hot. One can vary the amount of spice for different tastes. I really liked the small stories that were scattered throughout the book. I highly recommend it.
