Sturdy but needs extra work to Install
In the manufacturing of this product the holes for the spacers were not drilled large enough for them to fit all the way in to line up with the mounting bracket screws. We had to buy a $20 5/8" drill bit to enlarge the hole, which increased the cost of this item. Overall I like that it is adjustable, it looks good and it is sturdy. However, if you are not into modifying a product to work I do not recommend buying this one.

Just what I wanted, but problems on install
This is just what I wanted, very sturdy, shelf for clean towels, 2 bars for hanging up wet towels if you move the hooks on the back rod (you cannot remove them). See picture 1. Though the hooks are great for a back brush you use in the shower or loofah , etc. The problem I had, like a lot of the reviews stated, is that the 2 small vertical bars (that you install to separate the shelves) do not go down into the holes far enough. They must be put in so there is a little less than 3 inches separating bars. See picture 3. I took a a large drill bit and then a very sharp small blade knife and VERY carefully beveled out as much as I could to get down to the metal on the other side of the hole. See picture 2. Then the holes on the back of the strip that mounts on wall will lined up with no problem. See picture 4. Also the anchors that came with it I replaced with sturdier ones paying attention to the head size and screw size to insure the covers supplied would cover the head. If you are not concerned with the screws showing you can use larger anchors. I was lucky and the left side , on mine, is anchored on a stud. Hope this helps someone clear up the questions. I have put 2 in now and am thinking about putting another in my 3 bathroom.

Sturdy, but Assembly Issues
The rack is sturdy, and it works for me in an outdoor environment. When I assembled it the short connecting rods were too large to fit the holes they are supposed to be inserted in (to connect the upper and lower shelves). The machining was not right. I had to drill the holes out larger to make it work. The instructions did not offer help on this step. The instruction sheet includes a QR code you can scan for an installation video, but the video was no longer online. You might have to use your own resources to complete this installation.I was contacted by the seller a couple of months after my review above. They promised to address the issues I raised. They plan to add a quality assurance function to do sample assembly after manufacturing. They also plan to look into the online instructional video problem. For this reason I increased my rating from 3 stars to 4. I would still recommend written instructions be included.

Nice but I had to do some work to make parts fit
Initially I took it out (pieces) and thought, this is pretty good for the cost. Then I started to put it together. Eventually I had to take it out to the shop for more tools. The short pipes that slide into the top and bottom sections did fine on one section but the holes were too small on the top section. I had to put them in the drill press and redrill them to enlarge them slightly. There was no way they were going to go in even if I pounded them in. They were just to large. If yours is like mine and you don't have a drill press or want to do some filing, be prepared to dent the pipes trying to pound them into place, if that works at all. Poor design or machining. I wonder if they are all like this or I just got a bad one? Geesh!

Do not install without wall stud to support screws.
Do not install without wall stud to support screws.Rack will be too heavy with everything put on it. Will eventually pull off the wall. Find out where in the wall the studs are and screw into them through the sheetrock. Option is to install 1 x 4 board, paint it to match wall, screw it to the wall studs behind the sheetrock. Then attach rack to the 1 x 4.

Pretty but not worth installment headaches
This product is attractive looking with several features that would be needed for everyday use, however, the product is hard to install. One has to be very creative to complete it.The positioning of the second screw makes it difficult to reach, for secure installment, practically impossible for a forward-facing screw gun to screw in. If a screw gun is used, one will have to finagle the screw gun into various positions before use. In the end, it is easier to use a small screwdriver, but that would requires lots of strength and time before it's completed. The hooks keep moving around making it difficult to hand wash towels or anything without a string attached.Covering plates for the open screws does not fit it's too big, falls off, also attempts to tighten failed.Since, day one they fell off, which makes the product looks unfinished and unattractive compared to the one featured in the ad.

Practical towel shelf!
Ultimately, great item for what we needed; added vertical space for our very European sized/small bathroom. Allowed for folded towels on top shelf, 6 hooks for hanging towels and a towel bar. Great addition. Many reviews indicated difficulty with installing, I could where it could be difficult, it was minimal, just measure twice, cut once. The only thing I DO NOT LIKE is the item number is stamped on the very visible part of the item!!

Difficult to install.
Screws are not the right size for the plastic plug. I read about this issue and though as a handy man like me, there shouldn't be a problem. I am wrong!

Do not recommend
Product looks great coming out of the box however i had to hammer in one of the joiners and it still won't go far enough in. The holes in the bracket are too small for the screw to join the bottom rack. Poor quality item
