This base layer is fantastic. Very comfortable and nice and thin. I almost didn't purchase due to all the poor reviews. All I can think of is that these people did not know what they were purchasing.

Highly recommend, will be buyer some more soon. Perfect fit to size, XL. I 6ft and 230lbs, fits great under ski pants and keeps legs warm.

I'm not sure who designed these base layer bottoms at Helly Hansen, but they should be fired. These are laughably not sized for adults, and seem sized for children. I'm 6'3" with a 33" waist and ordered the size Medium as I've done for other brands and the bottoms that I got fell about 3" or more short of coming up over my hip bones - they basically stopped midway up my bladder area and didn't come up over my butt. Be advised that these also run about 30" in length on the inseam, assuming you can even get a pair that you can pull up properly to your waistline.

Ordered a size medium a few months ago. They fit perfect. So, with confidence I ordered two more pairs last week. Whoa, these mediums were NOT even close to fitting!! These two pairs, if anything, a size small or extra small, with a size medium label on them.

I'm not sure if I like it yet. I was used to the winter version but this one is light and looks well made... I'll do a review with more arguments later.

This baselayer provides perfect warmth & layers nicely under jeans. I’ve only taken them out as cold as 35^F & though my legs were chilly, it blocked out a significant amount of cold air. The material does not have a lot of give. So, they’re a little tricky if you have big calves. However, they don’t bunch a significant amount. Note, the crotch area is a tiny bit baggy if you can’t get it high enough because of your legs. I tend to run s lot, so my calves are a little thicker (though I have chicken legs), so it makes certain motions a little challenging. I recommend wearing these for casual use & for temps above freezing (>32^F, >0^C). They do fit under jeans and have light support within, but I wear them with briefs; there’s no opening for ‘easy access’. The material is textured, but it seems to wick humidity away if it’s auper damp & chilly outside. Overall, I’ll buy more!

Very efficient at removing moisture when used for intensive cardio activity (cross crountry ski). Perfect as a «second skin» clothing.
