I tied it at the back of my truck whenever I go for fishing and never that it loss of seal. Unlike some other water containers that I used before that with rough road bouncing, water came out and somehow the plug open up. But this one never.

All openings leaked.When new the big opening didn’t leak, but now it does. Because of the orientation of the openings water comes out regardless of how the container is resting. The spigot leaked from day one.

I used to buy packs of water and put them in my car trunk. This problem with this is as you drink the water your trunk space increases. So you could fill it with other stuff by the time you get more water bottles. Then when you do you don’t have enough space. This always takes up the same amount of space so the impact on your trunk space is always the same.In general it does not leak, and the water taste fine. You could go about two to three ish days with this much water, so that’s enough for me.

The plastic is very durable. Great jug only issue is the faucet. After the faucet is closed it drips for a bit. If the spout was shaped a bit better that wouldn't happen.

I use this as a hand washing station for my job where we work and live outside. It leaked on the first work trip. The inner dispenser nozzle is threaded into an outer cap which is then threaded onto the container. The inner nozzle may leak when the spout points down. When tightened enough to stop leaking the nozzle points to 9 o’clock… sometimes I can get it to not leak when pointed at 6-o’clock, but it’s inconsistent. It also seems to leak from the top lid sometimes if tilted up. Great idea and design; not-so-great execution.

First - the spigot seal is faulty...we had to turn it somewhat past vertical to keep it tight enough to stop drips. The lid must be on tight as well..otherwise....drip. The rubber valve on top - designed to be opened and closed to allow positive pressure and flow - Failed after several months (it just tore and came apart) which can allow anything to fall into the container. I'm not sure I can get that part separately but it would beat having to buy another container. Probably wouldn't buy this model again.

When I first received these I thought surely they were the wrong size, to the point that I filled them to measure. The dimentions are great but visually it's deceptive. So far I love them, just make sure to tighten the lid down fully or they will leak EVER so slightly.

I am using it from 6 months ago and it is a perfect and useful thing to have in your semitruck when you are on the road
