I bought this printer - and installed it with the USB - that it came up with - I guess and it worked on one of my mac. Now today, after few months, I wanted to use this printer with other laptops - I could not find the driver and it did not work with any generic drivers. That's the worst part. Rest is good. I'm using this printer to print shiprocket and Amazon 4*6 inch labels and it works like a charm.

Don't buy stopped working after few days no support for fixing in india

As soon as I bought this printer and before it was even shipped, the seller reached out to me and offered help and gave me the manual. Great service! He said he would also help me to set things up if I needed it. Being a bit technical, I was able to easily set things up. It works like a regular printer. A driver for both Mac and PC is also a part of the order and also I got some free labels to go along with the order. All in all a great little printer and easy to use and since it is a thermal printer there are no ink cartridges to buy. Another great thing. Thank you!

Good Printer But Seller not supporting for the which type of Thermal Paper to be used. Other thermal papers which am purchasing from Amazon doesn't support and the quality comes very much blurr.

We bought this product and installation was easy and it worked for a few days. However, we had some minor issues and it was not working for 1 day. We reached out to the seller and they connected remotely within a few hours and resolved the problem and it is now working perfectly and as listed.We are happy with the performance and extremely satisfied with the professional customer service of the seller. Highly recommend this product , if you are looking for label printing of Amazon or other online services or label printing.

Chinese people are unable to help in error resolution..and this printer is lying idle after 15 days of use.. please do not buy.. it's a waste of money

I never thought that this champ can handle so much for pressure and it's speed is mind blowing if you're a ecommerce business holder we suggest you to must have one! It's incredible and trust me you will love it.
