This makes finding moisture so easy during inspection. I don't know why I didn't get it sooner.

The IR camera had great definition. It was used to narrow down location of potential moisture then materials checked with moisture meter. It is a bit bulky but overall a good tool.

The first unit I received would not turn on. I sent it back, and the replacement unit would freeze up every other time I turned it on, the digital camera only worked intermittently, and the thermal camera was ~10F off with no way to calibrate. I spent an hour on the phone with FLIR customer service and they concluded the second unit was defective and should be returned as well.
