All Sky Organics Products are amazing. Great for sensitive skin, so happy they now have this. The shipping for the product from Amazon was terrible. It was loose in the box, and not wrapped (it is a glass bottle). It did not break, but the top of the bottle was so loose it leaked all over the box, and on the other products it was shipped with. Luckily, those products were wrapped in plastic and were not ruined, but I did lose quite a bit of product.

Great compilation of hydrating oils that remove (non waterproof) face and eye makeup VERY well. The tea tree is a lovely light scent and not overwhelming, and it leaves your face feeling very moisturized.

I switched from makeup removal wipes to makeup cream removers or oil removers. I wear heavy makeup and it's too spendy to use so many wipes for the pile of colors I need to scrape off my face, haha. I had such great luck with a Korean oil remover that I wanted to see how one made in the USA might differ. I was appreciative of the ingredients and the packaging. The consistency is thicker than the brand I use from Korea, which makes it easier to spread onto the face using my fingertips. I don't put it on a cotton ball or pad because it will just soak right in. I would suggest getting baby washcloths. They are soft wash after wash and are great to use to remove makeup from the face. There is no burning when applied. I can see the makeup begin to melt as I apply the product. The one area that did not melt was the mascara, and I figured it would take more effort as it normally does with mascara. I then began using my baby washcloth (dry) to start wiping off the makeup. It did remove. Even my stubborn stay-proof lipstick came off. The mascara did not. So I took some more of the Youth Boost Makeup Cleansing Oil by Sky Organics to the eyelashes and waited. Still didn't remove. Disclaimer- I have some very stubborn mascara!! I then take a wet baby washcloth and gently wipe away the oil to test how much is left on the face. With my Korean oil, it wipes away almost completely clean. The Sky Organics oil leaves a residue. This means hopping into the shower to complete my facial cleansing routine. The Sky Organics oil did come off with face wash in the shower. I did not experience any breakouts the next day. I usually do with new products. Here's my takeaway: I think this is a fine product to use if you are going to then using a facial cleanser after, which should be done anyway. The only time I don't are those times I am just beyond exhausted with only a few hours to sleep. My K oil wipes away so clean I needn't worry. The Youth Boost Makeup Cleansing Oil by Sky Organics I feel does need a proper cleansing after. Yes, it does work and it's a fine product. Just know you will need to wash your face after to remove oil residue. Even with that, I do give four stars because as I stated before, we really should be washing our faces after using a makeup remover. I know, I know... we get tired, but our faces will thank us later in life!!!

So I have to be completely honest, I received this product thinking it would remove my eye makeup, because that’s what I have the hardest time removing. However, this product can not be used to remove eye makeup and shouldn’t be used near the eyes at all. I did use it to remove my face makeup, but I personally would rather use my cleanser to do that, rather than an oil. It is moisturizing, but I feel like it’s a waste because I immediately use my cleanser after using this to gently scrub. I would rather use my serum oils after washing my face. Therefore, I wouldn’t purchase this again in the future. I love that this company does make products that are clean and safe to use and the cost for these premium ingredients are reasonable.

I've been loyal to another brand of eye makeup remover oil (Thesis). But they raised their prices a little too dramatically for me and then apparently went out of business, so I have been in search for something similar with clean ingredients. I apply several squirts of this oil onto a cotton pad and apply a bit of water to thin it because the oil is pretty thick. I then softly place it over my closed eyelids and press down to start cleaning off my makeup. It takes a few swabs to do this and isn't as fast as the other one I'm used to. But it still does a good job of removing my eyeliner and mascara. It doesn't feel harsh nor does it cause any irritation for me. To remove makeup, I prefer to get my face a tad moist and then use this oil on a cotton pad to spread it around my face. You don't really need a cotton pad, just use your fingers. But I do it because it gives a bit of an exfoliation effect. This works fine for makeup removal but I actually just prefer it for my eyes since I end up using a more soapy face wash instead. The price is right too. Since I don't need to use a lot, this is going to last me a while!
