Started taking this a few years back after quite a bit of research. Originally, I was in search of a way to get off Ritalin (got tired of feeling too overstimulated)…yet still give me the needed benefits due to my extremely stressful line of work. First dosage made my stomach feel sour, so I stopped. Decided to try again about a week later after learning it’s a side effect when getting started (gotta start lower in dosage — somehow I missed that in research 😵). Gotta say I’m glad I did! It’s not a miracle pill and does take time to build (few days to weeks), but I can def tell it’s improved my short & long term memory, I noticed my anxiety was weirdly low, a bit more energy, no depression, and overall….feeling more optimistic about my workloads. Although I quit that stressful position, I knew this was a supplement I’d like to keep stocked since it’s not harmful for long term usage like some of the other supplements I was taking. It helps me to journal, research, read, and overall is good for my brain! I highly recommend researching more about this before trying it, but def worth considering it….even if you’d prefer another brand

Great price, love this brand for so many supplements! My experience: I’ve had anxiety forever, very physical anxiety. I’ve known my cortisol has been high forever lol. Came across this by accident and decided to try. First night I took both pills before bed, to much! Kept me up. Then did one in AM one before bed. Seemed pretty good, I felt more calm and level headed. More steady energy. Wasn’t sure how much it was really doing. BUT. On Christmas Eve I was leading a few songs for my church, intense Christmas hymns! I was very anxious and took one of these an hour before the service. My anxiety went from 100 to maybe 20-25!!!! I couldn’t belive it! I was so calm?! Like I felt so confused because I just didn’t feel anxious. Praise God that He led me to this product! It works!!!

Years ago , around 55-60 I started noticing quite frequent "memory glitches", particularly walking into a room and forgetting why I did so. I contacted a well know supplement company and they said they were getting goodv results from Phosphatidylserine. I began taking 100 mg a day and theproblem cleared u almost immediately. I have added other memory supplements such as NAC. I came cross this product 8 months ago and was floored by the value. I don't need 400 mg a day. 300 has been used in clinical trials so one pill at 200 works fine. Memory is sharp as a tack, with very occasional lapses. I am now 76. This lasts 8 months. Such a blessing.

Definitely has a calming effect that I use some evenings, not every day. half a capsule works good for me. never used in higher doses. I tried using during the day, but I feel it's a bit too calming.

This is easy to take & I've not had any adverse reaction. I am 75 years old & my memory isn't what I'd like it to be. A friend who has the same aging issue has taken this for quite some time & recommended it as she believes she's benefitting significantly from it. I have been taking it for approximately 2 months. At this time I have not noticed a change. However it is reasonably priced & I've not had any negative affects from it so intend to continue taking it long enough to give it a fair chance. Afterc a longer trial, If I believe it has become beneficial I will definitely change my review to 5 stars.

This works for lowering the cortisol. It takes around 10-12 days but it works. One thing You need to do is work out the right dosage.

Bought for reducing cortisol (studies suggest 10-20% reduction) - cortisol levels were lower in my recent blood test, but cannot say for sure this was the cause. Capsules are small and easy to swallow which is a bonus.

As I've said before, my brain food and cortisol eliminator, preserving my testosterone.
