I reluctantly bought this because I couldn't find my smartbud which cost £50, but i was having problems with my ears. It arrives fully charged, has a load of tools included to help clean your ear. The otoscope is much brighter so that you can see everything clearly, it's really easy to connect you just download a free app and connect to the otoscopes WiFi. The otoscope also has a lid to keep it clean, and the whole packet is about the size of an A5 notebook meaning it's perfect for travel.

This is a great product and quite fun to use however, this is one of those silly gadgets you buy and use once and don’t use again for a very long time. This isn’t a product that comes in handy often as when you purchase and use it, you remove wax build up from possibly years and years.I wouldn’t really buy this if you don’t have multiple people to make use of it as results can be disappointing for some. My sibling happened to have no earwax at all. I think it’s great value for money on the other hand as you do get a few extras such as rubber tip replacements and a charging cable. It’s very light and easy to use. I wouldn’t pay any more that £10 for a product like this if you’re just curious though.

Easy to setup, works well with the phone, Great for seeing inside the ear, lights up the ear canal, takes a while to get your brain orientated with the camera.

I have no intresting videos to share. Managed to clean my ears along with mothers and fathers. They didnt really have any signficant ASMR worthy build up. 3 days after actually receiving this, my mother had a cotton swab end stuck in her ear, this device made it easy to extract, along with a fine tip tweezey (sold separately). No discomfort at all when used. Also a trip saved to the doctor.●no assistance needed, just have a tissue on your lap for ear wax or foreign objects●it may be a bit speculative and fidgety to be able to get into ear canal for first timers. Eg, rotate and swivel and tilt to see where you are and where youre going (My parents had camera facing their skin of a ear, i had to take over)●this is easier to use, if the user uses this on themselves●extra factors come into mind if doing for somebody else such as not going past a certain threshold (i dont want to be resposible for ear drum ruptures)●use slowly and cautiously to avoid probing ear drum●easier to do ears after shower or bath●i wouldnt recommend going all the way to the ear drum. I probably would but this is that saying "do as i say, not as i do"●i managed to get into my mothers ear, her head is quite on the small size. I would imagine similar to those of a total height of 5ft 1" or about 150cm. I am 5ft 11.5" and it is easier as the body is bigger, i would assume the head and ear canal are naturally bigger.●dont fully rely on the cameras vision. The spoon is around 1 to 1.5cm extended from the camera, pay attenion where spoon is by gently putting it against ear canal walls and make sure to observe obvious signs●do not apply too much pressure which causes discomfort once in the ear canal when scooping or scraping.●if hesitant about extracting, get an ear wax removal service, this is a good check up tool but not a substitute for a professional qualified service*unsure about battery life but i was running it for 20 mins and still had charge left, was using a 100w capable charger and from whatever it was, it is now fully charged after around 30 mins

Seems dangerous.. the led lights are bright which is good however the majority of the light is focused on the first 2-3 mm of the scoop washing the front of the image out and making it harder to see further back.Because of this it's hard to guage the distance to the front of the scoop, which is another 4-5 mm where the light focuses, which makes it hard to guage how close you are to the ear drum.The scoop isn't needed and the tool would really would be good just to look into the ear canal so that you can see what's going on before you call a doctor.Score is low due to the danger of using the tool.

This is excellent as a camera all the way into your ear BUT if you think you can fully clean your ear wax with it, dont buy it. Its not as manuverable nor are the tips very effective for fully cleaning ear wax, and you're more likely to push it in furthur if you have quite the buildup. I removed like 60% of the wax in my ear could never get the bit blocking my hearing right up the drum, and ended up getting a syringe and flushing my ears with water the good old way. If you can do that, get a product that flushes your ear, if you cant, skip this and get professional cleaning (3 stars as product is very good as a camera, easy to set up, easy to connect, easy to clean, easy to see with, good quality) (minus the two stars as all the metal tips along with it are useless, dont stick them in your ear, and its marketeted for ear cleaning but it wont get that job done as you'd like it)

The media could not be loaded. This item is really worth having if you often suffer from ear wax build up. I have had ear wax issues for about 2 years and on two occassions lost all hearing. I initially spent £90 per occasion to visit hearing clinics for wax removal but also had to wait almost 2 weeks to be seen. I purchased this product after my hearing was affected again by wax. Easy to set up and once you have got used to the movement and worked out how to safely use the product, you can easily remove troublesome wax that is blocking your ear and causing loss of hearing. The price is exceptional for what you receive. NB your ears can feel sore for 2 days after poking around in there, but they soon recover.
