Our older model car seat warmer gets too hot in the seat so that it is not feasible to withstand any length of time for the back warmer. This fits the bill. The cord is long enough to not have to wrestle the cord in the front seat. The control allows a choice of three heat settings. The highest is very warm so I largely choose first or second heat level. You can also choose how long it will stay on. The control is very easy to operate. I ordered the smallest size and it is ample. Highly recommend if you travel and have need of a heating pad for any body part. For me it is neck and back.

Surprisingly efficient. Like a home heating pad really. Good size, really heats up, control gives good options for settings and the timer is great so you don't leave it on too long. The material is comfortable. I Tried the battery neck/shoulder heating devices, but they were too small to cover neck and shoulders sufficiently plus the battery packs were kind of a pain. I was concerned the size of this would be too bulky for driving, but it isn't. I put a small pillow behind my neck, a rolled up towel would work, whatever and that helped it stay in place easily while I drove. Good heating pad for in the car!

Does the job. I strained my back and needed this for driving. It definitely eases the pain

I live in a cold state & i’m a cold girl so this helps warm me up. Specially bought it for menstrual cramps (TMI I know, but if it helps.. whatever) and it is SO nice for car rides no matter how short.

*UPDATE* 4-30-24: customer service messaged me very promptly after I posted the negative product review below. They offered me a full refund and invited me to try a replacement. I opted for the full refund. I got the impression that the seller cares about customer satisfaction and is trying to discover why some of the units are burning out far sooner than they should. Customer service 5 stars, but I still can’t recommend the product itself.Original review: Purchased this in January 2024 because we bought a new motorhome that does not have heated seats. Husband has lower back pain since he was rear-ended 40 years ago, and has grown to rely on the heated seats in his work truck when he travels. We took our first trip in April 2024 and he took it out of the box and plugged it into the receptacle on the dash. He said it was just the right amount of warmth and made his 1 hr 20 minute drive to our camping destination comfortable. He said it was a keeper. The 2nd day of our outing he plugged it in to ease his shoulder and heard a "pop"... obviously something shorted out and the product is no longer usable. We're outside the return window. Lesson learned. From now on we'll take our good heating pad and plug it into the 110 volt inverter on the dash. We can give 5 stars for pain relief, traveling and comfort... but since it blew up on the 2nd use, it gets one star overall. Really deserves zero stars.

This heating pad works well but. Mine had a problem and their customer support was EXCELLENT! They got back to me the same day and we resolved it. I highly recommend this company.
