Very good, no spitting and lights very easily

Good size, not tiny bits but still small enough to light a fire. A firelighters and three or four of these sticks, and you’ve got a good fire going. I only wish it didn’t come in nets because you always end up with little bits stuck in the net and spend ages disentangling them because you don’t want to waste a single piece.

Wouldn’t call them la4ge

I purchased 15kg of dried kindling. I could see this was underwheight and wheighed them. The three bags totalled less than 11kg when I purchased and paid for 15kg of dry kindling. I complained and requested a refund for the underwheight, There reply was that I was lucky to receive it underwheight because that means it was better because it was drier. I have never heard so much garbage. The only way of them achieving the weight I had bought was if they soaked it in water? This was their response: "Thank you for your message. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the order. Please rest assured that it is not unusual for our products to vary in weight - you will see that we put this in our product description. Firewood is sold by volume because it is very hard to accurately determine weight due to variations in the moisture content of kiln dried wood, especially across the different types of wood, as well as the fact that wood will continue to dry after it is packed. The volume of your order will always be the same. If your order weighs less than you expected you have an added advantage (and better value for money) because the less the wood weighs the lower the moisture content is and the better it will burn. If you were to test the moisture content it will most likely be below 5% whereas as we advertise 20%. There will be more heat from this lighter, drier wood as there would be from nets of the same quantity, but weighing several kilos more due to a higher moisture content. Your wood will be very dry and we are sure that if you were to try it you would be delighted how well it burns. Kind regards Suzie "
