Women's Th Ess Tyra Down Coat with Fur Jacket

The quality on this coat is lovely. I had to go one size up as the one in my normal size was just a little tight around the hips. I would have liked navy but the size was not available, however I am more than happy with the black now I have seen it. I have only worn it once so far but liked the elasticated cuffs inside the sleeves, also the double ended zip is useful when getting into the car to drive. The hood is detachable which I wanted and the coat looks good with or without the hood. The only thing I would have liked was an inside pocket for credit card/phone but the two outer pockets have got a zip on so not really a problem. Overall I am very happy, and a good price from Amazon with next day free delivery which was a bonus.

Really good quality

Great coat, received few days earlier than expected. After trying to buy a winter jacket for 8 weeks this was the 6th one i bought and i’m finally happy. I was in a dilemma what size to order L or XL but went for L and that was the right decision. I’m 5’8” (and a half :) and 143lb (flat chest and tummy) and it fits perfectly, could not be any better. There is also room for multiple layers. Overall very happy with my purchase would recommend 👍

Seam on rear of shoulder/arm ripped within 2 months of purchase. Expected more of a £280 coat (even though I only paid £190 for it on Amazon). However…Amazon didn’t want to know as it was outside the 30day return period and gave me Tommy Hilfiger’s email address just. Tommy responded saying they would only give credit note for sale price to be used on their website against a new coat (at £280). So would have been £90 further out of pocket to replace coat. Not impressed as thought should be entitled to refund or replacement for faulty coat.

I'm a size 10 to 12 and ordered a jacket size medium. It fits perfectly. It's very well made and I'm extremely pleased with it. I had an issue with the tracking, and the seller was very communicative and did everything possible to help me. I recommend buying this jacket.
