this is perfect, very sharp, and I love the plastic shield.

Very sharp and therefore very efficient. The cover is a good idea & essential as it’s so sharp - slight warning don’t pick it up by the cover use the handle. I learnt a hard lesson as I picked it up by the cover which meant the grater fell out and I caught the grater - ouch my poor fingers - not in any way the fault of the grater - user error. The internal compartment for catching your gratings is also very good means there’s less mess.

Extremely sharp and well built. What i dont like is the fact that when you lift the grater, the gray drawer insert doesn’t engage well in the grater body and fall off.

My current grater is over 30 years old and shows. It was steel, it's bent and warped, but sharp and made to last. It certainly did that, but now there's an exposed a sharp corner and every new one I purchased, didn't quite do it justice as things dont seem to be built as they used to be. Even though I'm buying ones from brands that are at the top of their game. Until I came across this one... We're foodies and have used our old one rigorously for from-scratch meal preps. We cook a lot. I mean a lot! I haven't ever come across a grater quite like this one. It comes in three parts: • A protective rigid plastic cover; • The grater which screams robustness; • An inner encapsulating collection container. Each part shows that design was very much part of the focus during product development. Each part is built to last and solid in construction. The grater is adequately sharp and grates, juliennes, and shaves nicely. Everything from nutmeg and truffles to carrots and parmesan. Softer cheeses are a breeze, we love cheese and have tried all manner of cheeses including some rinds in this. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! It's the grater you've been searching for ...and they know it, so there is a premium price attached. If it lasts even remotely close to my original grater, then it'll be worth it! 5 stars

I am an 73 year old male e who started learning to cook at age nine, so I have seen a few box graters in my life. My grandmother, my mother and a number that I have owned over the years. I say all this to say this is the absolute best box grater that I have ever used. This is an AMAZING box grater. So much thought went into the design. The catch piece is inside the grater so no balancing a plastic box below while grating. The z - cut edges allow you to grate both ways, a huge time saver and it even has a protective cover that doesn't take up extra room in storage. Love the double cutting action of this grater. Saves time! The zester is amazing, turning citrus rind, chocolate and cheese into angel hair texture. Appreciate the protective cover and non-slip base. This grater is high quality with a very sharp blade To sum up it is easy to use easy to clean and by all appearance very durable. You can probably pass it to your grandchildren. I can with great confidence recommend this product.

I have never been so excited over a grater. With four separate stainless steel sides, two for coarse or medium grating and two for fine grating, this Zwilling Z-cut Square grater features a soft, non-slip handle for a secure grip and a non-slip bottom for stability. Very impressive box grater! Its better than I expected and cuts as easy going up as down, doesnt slip whe using and the and the removable storage box adds additional stability. The two way, extremely sharp blades make quick work of cheese, vegetables and so much more. The catch box keeps your counter clean. Reallt appreciate the protection co er to protect the blades, and my fingers!

This is a world away from my existing supermarket brand five quid tower grater. Well made and very sturdy, the blades are two way and ultra sharp and I've already nicked my thumb when I was caught out at the speed it grates at! It'll grate anything from the zest of citrus fruits to hard vegetables such as carrots. I've binned the removable capture box because, as with any grater, shards fall on the outside and I find it easier to just stand it on a chopping board. It's also one less thing to wash! The slicer slices things very thinly, so I won’t have too much use for that either. I do like the plastic outer protective cover.

Fiyatına değer mi konusu biraz tartışmalı. Zira belki de normal bir rendenin 8-10 katı fiyatında. Haznesinin olması kullanışlı, elinizi dolapta kesmesin diye dış bir koruyucu kabı da var. Gerçekten kaliteli hissettiriyor.

Ich finde die Reibe sehr gut für Gemüse. Der Auffangbehälter ist praktisch aber man kann auch ohne den. Behälter direkt in die Schüssel raspeln. Sehr scharf. Für viel Gemüse nutze ich aber lieber eine Maschine. Aber um mal eben eine Gurke zu schneiden oder 2 Möhren zu raspeln,einfach toll da es auch schnell zu reinigen ist. Möchte die Reibe nicht mehr missen. Kleiner Tipp....ich benutze immer ein schneide Handschuh um meine Finger zu schützen.
