Delicious, nutritious cereal. It’s great with blueberries and walnuts. I make it overnight with a little lactose free milk.

I love this cereal. It's not sweetened, but it has enough dried fruit that it still tastes sweet. It's NOT sweet like children's cereal--it's a perfect adult sweet.
