Great Buy for New Resin Printer Users
I don't write many long reviews but this one is worth it.I heard a lot about 3D resin printing so I bought an ALKAID LCD Light Curing Resin 3D Printer to try it out. (That resin printer is a great buy for new users as well.)After curing several prints in the sun, I realized a curing station would be a welcome addition. So when I saw the low price on this UV light box I jumped at the chance. This is a basic, no-frills UV box. You get several acrylic sheets, a UV light strip, a power supply with a timer, and the hardware to assemble it. To their credit, Geeetech includes a small screwdriver and small wrench as well, so you can assemble everything without additional tools. That said, the sheets are well protected so you may need a heat gun to help peel off the protective sheets before assembling the box. Each sheet is numbered and the instructions are easy to follow for the most part. It should be ready to use in less than 30 minutes. Note though that it uses several bands to hold it together, so it can be delicate.I printed 2 cones of calibration to check the curing quality. Both were made from standard black 3D resin and washed in IPA. From the pictures I uploaded, on the left is the UV station-cured product, and on the right is the sun-cured product. Overall I think the UV station product quality is a clean, finished product.I can't stress enough, this is a basic, no-frills product. It's perfect if you're just starting out in 3D resin printing and want to experiment with UV light curing which is a step up from sun curing which can only be done during the day. It's also perfect for someone who wants a UV curing box, but doesn't want to spend time making one from scratch or spending a lot buying one.Build quality is a little delicate because it uses bands to hold most of the box together, but the box doesn't feel like it will come apart if handled normally.

"IKEA by UV Light", or "Reviewing the Geeetech UV Curing Light Box"
The media could not be loaded. TLDR- Nice piece of kit, very spacious, easy to assemble once the protective paper is removed. Extremely bright, the gaps in assembly need to be blocked with foam tape, check the limit switch at opening to verify proper placement for safety. LOVE the flip-down front, much easier to use than many models. May come in plenty of pieces, and like a Swedish furniture company come with extra parts or missing one or two, but the price comparison to other brand models this is extremely effective for the use. (Model shown in video is a Claymore Miniatures model, "Frost Giant Warrior")Pros- Compact size, perfect for putting on a shelf and using as needed. Assembly is simple, quick, uses only one light bar to do the job but works quickly. LARGE rotation table, no wasted space, ideal for curing larger pieces in one go. Nearly as large as the interior space of a Mercury unit, less than half the MSRP of that unit, reasonable given it's singular usage.Cons- Manual fails to indicate the need for using the adhesive weather stripping to cover the gaps on the front of the "gate" and rear of the top- light is extremely bright through the box, would suggest providing additional outer cover for eye comfort. (Both potential points of refinement for Geeetech in the future.) Removal of component safety paper took FOREVER- nearly 30 mins with a heat gun and O-ring picks, while the manual suggested hair dryer. That said, once the adhesive was primed to release, it released cleanly and the product looked great underneath.Verdict- Would buy again, provided I needed a larger curing-only station to work with. Highly approve of the drawbridge gate style of opening, ergonomic and easier to manage when your hands are full of resin parts, were it that more companies would follow suit. Considering looking at the larger model in the future, if I start to print ships from Dragon Trappers Lodge or Loot Studios in resin, or other Props they offer- the space would more than allow me to assemble the pieces and cure together, ensuring fit and arrangement.

It performs well but design wise could be better
Assembly was easy and quick enough. The uv chamber is not that big but should fit most prints coming from a typical resin 3D printer. There's a timer that sets curing time to 60 minutes at max and curing stops if you open the door, which is nice.Lights bleed out of the chamber so make sure you're curing the resin somewhere safe. Since it uses small uv lights, no heat is transmitted to the print hence you gotta really make sure that the washed print is dried properly before curing. Bottom point here, it works. If you're not sure what to cure because you have larger 3d resin printer, I'd go for the bigger UV box that they sell. Of course the better alternative would be to get one that comes with heating function.
