Perfect.
Made my headset brand new. Came with the small plastic tool required to remove the old ones and a small insturction paper on how to do it. Simple and very useful and my headset is sparkling again. Recommended for anyone who wants a replacement

Fantastic cushions - as good as the new ones, if not better - cause they are a bit "higher / deeper" - so ears don't touch the insides of the headset. replacing took few minutes and super easy.

Its firmer than the original and not bad. But save your money for an original replacement instead while you still can… These hurt after wearing it for a while. And the noise cancelling doesn't work as effectively anymore.
