Perfect fit for 2017 GMC Canyon
I have a 2017 GMC Canyon that did not come with a Bose system. I replaced the front door and dash speakers with the PowerBass OE69C-GM - 6x9" Direct Fit and the door speakers with the PowerBass OE652-GM - 6.5" Direct Fit. Everything fit perfectly and it was just plug and play. It took me about 45min to replace all the speakers. I would also recommend watching a few videos on how to disassemble the door panels if you’ve never done it before. YouTube It is a big improvement in sound. Don’t expect a lot of bass out of these speakers. They provide better bass than the factory but if you want loud bass you will need a sub. I feel like it provides enough bass and clarity for my liking. You will also notice that the dash speakers produce a lot better highs. I would highly recommend these.

Quite an upgrade for a 2007 Tahoe LT
I had a few blown / intermittent stock speakers in my Tahoe LT, and opted to replace them with some cheap aftermarket JBL’s. After comparing tiny driver size with stock, I instantly knew I had to return them. That’s when I found these: a direct, drop in replacement with an even bigger driver than the original speaker. The result is an upgrade in every way, with much better bass than stock. Installation was easy enough and only required one 7 or 8mm wrench. I will likely be buying another set for the rear door speakers. The only drawback is that the bass is so good now that the door panel vibrates in ways it did not before, which can be annoying

Direct Fit. Plug and Play for 2007 Silverado NBS
These exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they literally bolt right in like factory. They provide a harness in case you want/need to wire them in but I was able to use the factory plug in my 2007 Silverado 2500 HD (new body style). I can’t speak much for sound quality because I still have the OEM head unit but I would say they are decent speakers. Way better than the blown, zero sound speakers I had before haha.

Extremely bright, to the point of harsh.
I installed these in my dad's 2014 Buick Encore as the original speakers were well worn. They fit the stock speaker mounts perfectly and the electrical connectors fit perfectly as well. These speakers produce only slightly more bass than the stock speakers and they are ridiculously "bright." They are so bright that I had to turn the treble and midrange down to nearly nothing to make them bearable. Still, they are slightly better than the worn stock speakers and there were no modifications required. I contemplated giving them 3 stars based on the mediocre improvement, but they're a step up, albeit a small step.

Easy to install.
I have a PB active sub in one of my cars and I've impressed by the quality. This is my first experience with their passive speakers and I have to say they sound really good. For the money and ease of installation I'm pretty ecstatic. In the other rides I have Polk separates, Hertz separates, and Infinite Reference coaxials. These are in the same arena as the Infinite coaxials.

Worse than OEM speakers
So, when purchasing aftermarket speakers they’re supposed to sound better than the original, right? Not in my case. I have a 2015 Chevy Sonic. I replaced the driver door speaker so I could compare how the new and old speakers sound. There is a major difference but it’s not good. The high frequencies are more prominent, but everything else is worst. Less mids and lows. I am beyond disappointed because I’ve been eyeballing these for close to a year, just to be let down. I spent $100 on something worse than original. Talk about a major let down. I won’t be purchasing PowerBass brand again. I have to admit, I did have a bad feeling about these but I decided to risk it.
