My mother has poor circulation and her feet are always cold. She wears these socks all the time and loves them. I see in the reviews that they don't work for all people. Fair enough. But they work for her. And the one time I borrowed them, they worked for me. We find them soft and comfortable. (We have no metal allergies or skin conditions, which may explain reviews calling them itchy.)The other thing of note is that they don't fall apart or get worn-looking! This was a pleasant surprise. I figured after a year of heavy use, with each pair being worn and washed at least once a week for a whole year, that she would need new ones for Christmas this year. Well, she was thrilled to get them, but you can't see ANY difference between the worn old ones and the brand new ones. The old ones still looked an felt brand new. After a year of heavy use!And while they may not be everyone's taste, I love the metallic sparkle!

Worked OK. Would have been nice if it kept your feet warmer though. Otherwise good value for money.

Aluminum fibers feel funny, don’t keepMy feet warmer than my heavy winter socks.

After suffering with frost bite one winter years ago, it was agony even with 3 pairs of wool socks and winter boots when I went out to feed the horses in the morning.I now have these under one pair of thermal socks and my feet stay toasty on most cold mornings. I add a pair of thermal innersoles for those days that it gets into the -20's and my feet are still warm. Thank goodness for modern technology.

Did keep might feet warmer than normal but the material does feel weird to my toes.

They fit fine but really do not keep my feet warmer than heavy sock. I like how thin they are so they fit better in some of my boots than heavy thick socks. They are not as good as some socks similar to this design that a bought 20+ years ago. I cannot find any place that sell those anymore.

Would have given the comfort a 5 but the silver threads itch solved the problem by wearing socks under and over them. I have Rehnaud's disease which causes me to have really cold feet. I've only had a couple of bad days this year. Yeah!
