This is a repeat purchase for me, works wonderfully with their ACV Plant Caps! Most definitely suppresses my appetite but you need to give it some time to work & also do your part in eating healthier & trying to keep your body moving - There is no such thing as a miracle weight loss supplement. Amongst all the supplements I have tried, this one has virtually no negative side effects which I’m extremely grateful for as I tend to always have bad experiences with other supplements or purchase ones with big claims that don’t work.I tend to have a pretty healthy appetite but especially late at night, I have bad sugary cravings & this supplement has significantly diminished that, so much so, sometimes I feel like I have to force myself to eat more lol never in my wildest dreams ever thought I’d say that.. My ONLY complaint is for how expensive it is, I feel like it should be a bigger bottle or have the same amount as the ACV, because I pair them together each morning. Anyway, give this one time & while you’re at it - purchase their ACV plant caps because they work together in unison & are great for your overall health! :-)

I took two of the tablets before my first meal yesterday. Not sure if this can’t be mixed with a multi-vitamin, but I haven’t slept more than a few hours at a time and I have had diarrhea. I went to check the return policy and it says I can’t return the product. That’s my fault for not realizing that wasn’t an option. But be weary if you take any other form of vitamin. Could just be me and my body though. Not upset because you don’t know until you try something. But I should be able to at least get a refund or exchange option.

I like this product because other fat burners I have taken before caused palpitations, abdominal pain....etc. You could say I experienced all of what was written in tiny print for side effects! However with this fat burner, you have zero side effects. I loss the last 14lbs that did not seem to want to leave me! This of course was coupled with moderate exercise 3 to 4 days a week and a solid nutrition plan. Massy does mention to see results with this product, you must eat healthy combined with exercise. You cannot eat unhealthy with no exercise and expect to see results. Overall itsa great product. The only downfall is the price $50 dollars per bottle which lasts for a month. Definitely isn't cheap but its worth the money.

I have been using this product for about 5 months and have noticed that it does have an affect. I find that I work harder during my workouts, my digestion is supported, and I have more energy throughout the day. I appreciate that the pills are in a capsule because it makes it very easy to get down.

It gave me a little more energy, but nothing to speak of in the appetite control department. Don't need to spend so much money on another bottle..UPDATE: It works better when combined with some apple cider gummies that I have. My appetite and especially my sugar cravings are gone! So, I may get it again

Great product. No discomfort and it works. I have not been working out or watching my food and I'm losing inches.Going to start working out next and keeping an eye on calories. Very excited to see those results.
