We waited a few days to give it time to fluff out. It’s been great so far and we’ve had it for a few weeks now.

Update: Customer Service reached out to us after seeing the negative review. They were extremely apologetic and send a new mattress immediately. We did not get a chance to inbox it until last week. The mattress was in perfect condition and we placed it on our queen size bed immediately. After 3 days of use, it is both comfortable and in good condition. Thank you Customer Support!Purchased the queen sized mattress topper in April and did not open the box and place it on the bed until 15 May. The bed with mattress topper and down mattress protection cover was used less than 30 days total. Took the mattress protection cover off to wash and found that the mattress topper had split in two places. I realise that it was outside the return dates but contacted Amazon because a mattress cover should not deteriorate at that rate. Was told by Amazon that I had no recourse because it was outside of the return time. They told me to contact the seller via the sellers website. There is no place on the sellers website to contact them! Called Amazon back and when I asked if they had a number to call the seller, they put me on hold and then 10 minutes later disconnected the call.First there should be some way to contact the seller if things are sold on Amazon.Second Amazon needs better customer service. I would not recommend purchasing this mattress topper.

My husband has ALS and his shoulders really hurt him when he sleeps I was torn between the 2" and 3" topper. After reading the reviews I thought the 3" might give him more relief. While it has made him more comfortable I wish I would have gotten the 2" topper. The 3" topper makes it much harder to get into and out of bed, but one settled in it is so comfortable. It is great, but just for my circumstances I should have gotten the 2" topper.

I got two of these for my boys’ bunk beds. They said it made a huge difference in the quality of their sleep. Worth the buy!

You must be patient and give it a couple of weeks to release. It helps to have two people stretching and coaxing it, also. But it fully extends and is a great product!

Not quite what I expected. Took 2 day’s to fill out totally. Somewhat firmer than I wanted.

Took around 4 hours for it to raise up. Slept on it last night. Will definitely buy another one.

First of all this product has no gel in it whatsoever. Second it’s just a piece of foam cut in the shape of your bed. Third what they sent me was absolutely not 2 in , not me with foam, and not gel. Then it was ripped! Once you get it out of the box it expands and there is no way to get it back in the tiny box it was sent in. Which btw is what they expect you to do if you return it. You have to find a box big enough pack it up and seal it to drop it at ups. If you want to return to kohl’s you have to put it back in the manufacturer packaging and that’s impossible to do!!then the sellers contact me multiple times after seeing my review. They offered a refund but at that point id already sent it back all packed up in a box I had to put and buy along with tape. Then they offered me to pick out any mattress topper I wanted in exchange for hopefully changing my review. I informed them this was against Amazon policy for them to contact me asking me to change my review. In the end they were supposed to send out s 3ij purple gel memeory foam topper and they sent me aCouple Messages saying it had been shipped . I got an email from Amazon showing they shipped out the exact same piece of garabge foam they previously delivered. Needless to say I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. They don’t keep their word, the tracking of number they sent doesn’t exist. There’s some real shady stuff going on with this business.

Didn't even last 3 months! Was comfortable enough but ripped for no reason!
