Very happy with this product. It takes time to get used to and setting your block up to but well worth it :)

Just made my first trial with this jig, I have watched the youtube guide clip and carefully added the requested wood part needed with the grooves for the rails (instructions are very clearly written and photographed). I have two routers so I do not have to change the bits in between tail and pin sides. My d- handle router was easier to handle. The results came very satisfying on the first trial, the components supplied are of good quality and the price was ok, the jig is not requiring a lot of space, I like the shape of the resulting dovetail- I am very pleased, hoping to make good use of it.

After trying a couple other dovetail jigs, I figured I'd give it one last shot with this system. Surprisingly it worked perfectly and I had perfect dovetails on the first try. Made this little tabletop box for candles and seasonal decorations for my wife. Dovetails were nice and tight and zero gaps. I highly recommend this jig!

Instructional video and written material that came with the unit were good with some exceptions. In the written material there are a few mistakes that better proof reading would have corrected. There was also a big omission. While positioning the second cut for the pins, the procedure is explained in both the written instructions and the video but there is no picture showing what was described in either. The video shows the person doing it but from the wrong angle to actually see anything worthwhile. It would have been a lot easier to visualize had a close up view been included. Overall, There is a learning curve to using the jig but it does the job. Despite any issues with the instructions, it was a nice tight fit first time! Thank you.

Easy to use once it is mounted to the correct thickness of base. I bought extra set of clamps. Makes very close tolerance fits. Great buy.
