It's very nice the look and heat but half the numbers (numbers that appear when you change lighting) went out 3mths after I got it smh

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this from the warehouse, in "like new" condition so keep in mind the price was nearly $85 less. When I turned it on I heard a loud clicking sound, the flame rotations, and I could hardly see the flames due to the LED lights. I opened the face plate, removed the brown screen, & noticed the mirrors (plactic mirrors) where hitting a metal spring when they rotated. I cut it off so that it was no longer hitting & no more noise!! I also covered ever other led light with black tape so that it was not such a bright (fake) look and the flames became much more visible. I also added a few fake twigs just because I like the look but overall it took me 30 min to fix and now this is the finished product. I absolutely love it & for the price I couldn't be happier!

This one is a great product. 1. Value for the money. 2. Light, heat, remotes, different ways of mounting. 3. Great instruction, 10 stars for instructions. Overall a very good product. The only two things that one will want to add/change is 1. The plain clear crystal 2. Outer cover but I don’t know if I can. Overall a super product for function and value.

We ordered this because of the illustration pictures and others reviews. Although customer service has been amazing throughout our process because we bought for the realistic look as we had decided to switch from a floor console media unit to a wall fireplace unit.The website pictures are unable to be shown no matter what we do with the options and was very disappointed ☹️.The heat works fine for living in Naples Fl when needed and yes the unit occasionally makes sounds but all and all we’re deciding to keep for the time .Just really was bummed about not getting the exact look that’s displayed in the listing pictures.We’ve decided to add fake small wavy fire logs versus what came with this and it looks better .I just wish it looked more realistic like our 12 year old unit that was amazing.Customer service doesn’t mess around and I’m thankful for them reaching out to me .Another bonus is that we at least have a 3 year warranty

I am very pleased with this fireplace. I made a frame for it to sit inside a console, and it looks like it was made just for it. The color choices are amazing for the flame and the stones. I did add a few more stones to the bottom but you really wouldn't have to. I just liked the idea of more color at the bottom. Yes, it gives off some heat, but don't expect it to heat a large room. If it's in an enclosed bedroom, you should be able to feel it. Love the ease of the remote control and all of the options. Also have to add that I did have a problem with my order, but the seller was amazing at contacting me right away and fixed the problem immediately. I am now very happy with my purchase.

Likes: a good large size, affordable, can have the look of a fireplace with or without heat, with some modifications it is what I was looking for.Cons: it is not temperature regulated, remote sensor is not great, makes some "gear" noises, you can hear it running with or without heat, had yo buy logs separately and modify them to fit fireplace only comes with glass bed rocks.

The media could not be loaded.  The heat output is great for my space, just a bit noisy when heater is on and my led flames don't appear to be as vibrant.
