This is a great buy! I go through spices like crazy so it’s good to have a back up. It tastes very spicy and that all I hoped for. I don’t think it’s too hot.

Taste like home! I grew up on NM enchiladas and this is the only brand that I use. Love it and so fresh when opening the package. You want to make sure that you seal it after each use, lasts about a month or two for me.

I bought this New Mexico chili powder because I live out east, where this flavor is almost impossible to find. I usually make chili with the standard chili powders sold around here, but this really changed the game. It adds a deep, earthy richness that regular blends just don’t have. The flavor is distinctly Southwestern, leaning Tex-Mex, and it completely changed the character of my chili compared to the typical versions made out here.
