I just ordered a second set of these. They have a nice light compression, mid weight, the seam doesn’t rub, they feel great on. This is my new favorite everyday sock. If you want a heavier hiking sock for winter, this might not work for you. Summer, spring, fall, during warm days, this is probably fine. I would compare this to the middle weight Darn Tough socks I have, not a super thin running sock or light like cotton sock might be and not a heavy weight winter sock or lined sock.I have washed the first set of these about a dozen times and there’s no pilling or discoloration, despite walking a bit in red clay. It took a couple of years for my Darn Tough socks at this weight to start pilling with frequent wear. I feel like these should give me a year or two of daily wear. These don’t come with the lifetime warranty, but they are a nice value for someone who plans to use wool more often than Hanes value packs.I might have liked a little more cushion at the heel (and maybe the ball of the foot) for long stretches on foot. These would be fine for day trips or shorter distances, or regular daily wear. If you are not prone to blisters, this might be a good weight, especially for summer. If you need more heel cushion, this is mid-weight and might not work for longer periods.Sizing seemed true and not too large or small. I washed these before wearing and didn’t notice any weird smells, though clothing vendors often treat clothes with moth repellents in storage (which can cause odd smells), so I always wash before wearing new clothes.

Was skeptical of these socks, but they are the real deal. Affordable, 4 pairs of socks, and even though the I was 0.5 size off from the size chart, these still fit great. Very comfy and the temp regulation is perfect

I purchased these looking for socks that are comfy and keep my feet dry. These socks are very comfortable and soft. I love the feel of them. I were a size 9 shoe and I hate it when socks stretch out and the heel of the sock ends up halfway up the back of my leg so I opted for the smaller size. I'm glad I did. These socks are very stretchy and do not feel too tight. The problem I mentioned above is not a problem. The socks return to their original shape and size when washed. My only complaint is I am seeing a little bit of pilling in the heel area of these socks. Perhaps that is a characteristic of wool. Other that I am pleased with these socks and will probably buy more in the future.

Liked these socks so much, I purchased them twice. Insanely comfortable, I feel no seems or stitching. Quick drying and great for boots. Highly recommend!

Repel water while also keeping feet cool. Great for bartending and hiking

We were worried that these socks might be too thick for leather dress shoes. They are soft and feel thick and cozy, but not too thick for leather men’s dress shoes. They kept his feet they perfect temperature and dry.

These are pretty good socks, but nothing really extra over normal socks. Warm, but not nearly as cushioned as I was looking for in hiking socks.

Ok a few things about these socks. I heard that wool is great for odor and over all cleanliness of articles of clothing. I planned for a bit of traveling recently so I gave wool a try. I usually run through at least two pairs of socks a day, with these I can use the same pair for a couple days and that is amazing. No smell or dampness, pretty neat stuff. Only thing is they do bead up a little bit like little balled up wool lint. Other than that I’m impressed.
