Man these made me go number 2 bad! Not the loose stuff but at least 5 times a day. I cut it down to 1 pill a morning but still. Caffeine usually loosens me up but this was a little too much

I tried mushroom capsules and they didn’t work for me. This does. I actually only need to take one (directions say to take two). The downside in my case is that it works so well come 11p I can’t sleep because its still stimulating me.Update: I have built up a tolerance unfortunately so I’m going to increase my dose to what’s recommended and see how long it takes to build a tolerance again. I have also tried Alpha Brain, which is double the price, and it worked the same.

I felt like i literally got hit by a truck caught the flu about 5 hours of taking this stuff i had to stay in bed for the rest of the day it was rediculous how bad i felt i take caffiene high doses i take focus supplements this was not it brothers and sisters this is a one way ticket to a sick day

This product is approx 200mg of caffeine which is not what I was under the impression of. Took for 3 days and then stopped bc my caffeine intake is already high enough
