Q: What about replacement heads?

I have no idea about replacement heads because mine died within 1 month of use and never needed new ones.

Q: In the Brookstone 6 pieces electric body bath what is the lenght of the handle?

About 12 to 14 from top of attachment to bottom of unit. I’m petite and still didn’t find it long enough

Q: How do I put the batteries in? It will not open and I've had 2 big men try and do it!!!!!

It took me a bit to get it open for my wife lol. Had to grab and pull while shimming side to side. Definitely it ideal.
