Fast delivery. Good packaging with wraps for each plate and foams around. We got the grill plate also and they all shipped in one-go. We used it for grilling beef, shrimps and mushrooms. It was quick to heat up. Smoke is not too bad. When it's in medium heat, the smoke is almost unnoticeable, only when it's in high heat, then there is more smoke. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
