Looks good and of a nice all-round quality Easy to install and operate.

I purchased this for a small bathroom and was pleasantly surprise. It looks sleek and gives off a good amount of heat very quickly. It has multiple settings (haven't gotten use to them all) and the remote means that you have full control without having to stretch up to the product which is wall mounted. Easy to install with instructions provided. The only reason why I haven't given 'easy to use' more stars is that there are so many settings - I haven't worked them all out yet. The item was well packaged and delivered quickly.

Got this for my husband who has cancer and feels the cold in the bathroom even when central heating is on. Warms up to 35 really quickly but turns itself off! When he gets out, he has to turn it back on. Very annoyed because had it fitted and too much hassle to send back now. Threw box away. Don't buy....waste of money

I’ve got to be honest the instructions were really difficult to follow. In the end ‘Utubed’ it in the end. Much easier to follow. Would’ve be 5 stars otherwise.

The heater is very difficult to programme as you need to programme every single hour of every single day and even then it took 2 hours to programme it - it still didn’t work - called the company they were very helpful and they talked us through the programming but despite that it still won’t come on at all !!! so returning it as need to be a rocket scientist to work it !!!! Doh !
