Wall Ball is high quality, however stitching is coming undone

I love this slam ball! However, I only used it once as I received it last week and the stitching on the main seem is coming undone. I’m thinking of this as a fluke as this product feels high quality. If Fitness Solutions can help me, I appreciate it.
