This brand needs an appreciation for the quality olot is providing,hope it should maintain the same , This is reviews just after 4 days of usage. I've been taking this product for almost two weeks now, i can see some difference in my lower back region. I would suggest this supplement if you have chronic lower back pain. it helps to relax the muscles and calm the mind a little. The elemental magnesium used here is 77.5mg , which means an adult can take two or three capsules in a day. The RDA recommendation for adult males is 400–450 mg a day.

I switched from brand Carbamide Forte to this as it's quality dropped drastically but why NutritJet added Dicalcium phosphate in this supplement? It will cause so many side effects when you take them daily. Please avoid such dangerous fillers in a health supplement. This Magnesium Glycinate product is really good though better than Carbamide Forte that is for sure.

being a epileptic patient i do have muscle cramps only while sleeping in afternoon and night and some times in day also, most of the drug prescribed to me was sedative in morning also, i was searching for different magnesium combination for muscle cramps, at last after using 4 days i have minimal muscle cramp added beauty is it makes my mind calm and without stress, hope if i use it continuously the results will good, recommend for epileptic person who have nerve and muscle disorders. thanks for this product but atlast i got it at the age of 46, hope helpful to others :) happy nights

I had insomnia before using these tablets. I used to go to sleep aroung 4 am because i just couldnot fall asleep. But now i am sleepy by 12 am and can fall asleep very well before 1 am. Now my sleep is better, my energy levels are good and stable, mood swings are low and overall i feel good. Very effective if you have magnesium deficiency. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I haven't noticed any benefits from taking it but it's easy to swallow and no side effects.
