I am so glad I bought this. My husband and I visited Canon Hall Farm one day, and I was still recovering from a back injury. I bought this as I knew from a previous visit that it was very tiring and there was little seating within the farm itself. This walking stick/chair saved the day for me. It enabled me to use it as a rest when walking, and provided me with a seat when resting against it was not enough. I am still not 100% but glad I have this for my holiday in a few weeks.

Que ce soit pour le longues randonnées en sentiers ou en ville, pour se reposer quelques minutes quand on visite un musée, ou encore en camping sauvage, cette chaise-canne pliable que je viens de recevoir est extraordinaire. J'en avais déjà acheté un modèle un peu semblable en Angleterre, il y a 25 ans. 25 ans de regrets de ne pas en avoir acheté 10 !! Je l'ai toujours, et elle me suit presque partout. Mais le tissu commence à défraichir, alors ayant trouvé celle-ci qui s'en rapproche beaucoup, je n'ai pas hésité, et je l'ai commandée. Légère, solide, et vraiment utile. Le dossier est cependant un peu moins haut que celle que je possédais déjà, et arrive dans le milieu du dos. 4 pouces plus haut serait parfait.

I would not allow a heavy person to sit in this, but under 150 lbs, acceptable. The distance between the seat and back is too long for me and I need to carry a cushion to compensate. Very light and handy as a cane.

I was a little nervous it might be too cumbersome, but it's great. It's fairly light weight and the seat is easy to unfold and close up. The seat itself is comfortable and the handrails making getting out of it very easy. I'm waiting for knee surgery so being able to rest anywhere I need to has been great. The four tips also make it sturdy and gives a great surface area for support. It's a five out five for me and my family are impressed and think it's a great boost for my safety...
