The media could not be loaded. TLDR: These are great headphones for a number of reasons, the fit, the quality of the sound, the great service and price. I recommend Tozo headphones to friends and family because I have experienced the quality of Tozo products, the comfort and the excellent service first hand.Fit: I find these comfortable for long wear and they stay in well unless I bump the bottom part but they stay in my ears better than AirPods did. There are multiple sizes of earbuds with them and picking the right size will make your experience of wearing them ideal.Sound: I love how crisp and clear sound is whether I am listening to music, podcasts or calls. I can keep the volume really low and still hear what I am listening to which I love in loud settings.Touch controls: I tend to prefer to control headphones with my phone, but do use the pause and play on these. The touch controls are sensitive to touch by design, so just be aware of how that works.Battery life and charging: the Tozo T9 has impressive battery life, the case charges by plugging into the included charger and holds charge for a significant amount of use.Pairing: There is a chime and a message “your headset has paired” that signals the headphones have paired, the different models make different sounds. Sometimes I remove one and they get a bit of out sync so I just put them back in the case then put them on again and they the sound is perfect again.Connectivity: The headphones pair very easily with both my iPhone and iPad, although I do have to manually select to connect or disconnect if I’m switching back-and-forth between the two, but that’s a design flaw of Apple, not of the headphones. The range is really good, I can leave my phone sitting in one part of the house and walk around while still staying reliably listening to music or podcasts.Appearance: I personally like the appearance and size of the case, and while these are white there is a fun array of color options in the Tozo product set!Weight: these are light and portableDurability: excellent! I have hauled these around for almost a year, tossed them in my bag, in my pocket and they have held up well.Mic and call quality: the mic picks up sound really well in a quiet setting, and does reasonably well in louder settings though when I am in a loud or windy place the Mic does seem to pick up a bit of the background noise. That said, these are great headphones and as long as I position the mic part that sticks down right people seem to hear me well enough even when the setting is a bit loud, and I am usually making calls in quiet locations so it hasn’t been an issue for me. When I need to make calls in a louder location I prefer this pair of Tozo T9 headphones over other models.Customer service: Tozo is thoughtful, responsive, clear and friendly. I had first fallen in love Tozo headphones a year ago when I got my T9 pair after reading a number mentions about these as people’s favorite headphone recommendation. After a few months that one pair of T9s (also great!) had a service need that was quickly and effectively resolved when I reached out to Tozo which established my confidence in this company, the products and my brand loyalty, and I haven’t had any issues since or with any other products needing service so while it is unlikely you will have an issue, be assured the company is deeply caring about the customer experience.

I purchased these to replace a pair of MOZOTOR buds that I didn't like at all.These by comparison are absolutely perfect. Here's why:1. Price - at $20, you'd be hard-pressed to find a good quality pair of BT earbuds.2. Quality - TOZO has been an industry leader in this market and the quality they put into their products is evident. The earbuds & the case both have a nice, heavy solid feel to them. The earbuds and the case have very strong neodymium magnets in them. When you insert each earbud in their place in the case, they magnetize to the case. The same is true for the lid.3. Ease of use - Using these earbuds couldn't be easier. Each earbud pairs to the other as soon as you take them out of the case. No need to turn them on, it all happens automatically.Pairing to your device is easy too, just turn on Bluetooth on your device and search. When you see TOZO T9 select pair and you're done.From there all the controls for volume, pause, fast-forward, rewind, pickup call, hangup are very simple.4. Sound - Let's face it, when it comes to earbuds, it's all about the sound quality, right?These have a very balanced audio quality with good base response and exceptionally clear speech.One thing I should mention, and this is true not just of these earbuds but of all earbuds. Sound quality is directly proportional to fit. If you don't have a good fit, your audio is going to sound thin and tinny.Fortunately, these are the best fitting earbuds I've ever owned. That said, selecting the proper silicone earbud tip to fit your ear is important.In my case the tips that were on the buds out of the box were a good fit for my ears.5. Fit - I touched on this above, but I have to say that these earbuds have the best fit of any earbud I've ever owned. These are the first ones I've owned that have an Apple Airpod look about them, with the part that sticks down from your ear. I don't know if this is the reason they fit the way they do, but it works very well.Bottom line, if you're looking for an inexpensive pair of earbuds with great sound, look no further.Negatives:The only negative if you could call it that, is that announcements are made in very broken Chinese/English, for example when the buds connect to your device you will hear a female voice say "Youa hĀ-set ees connected". But I don't see that as a negative, just a very minor nit.Note:. If you find that you were able to easily pair with one device, say, your phone, but are having trouble pairing with a second device, the likely cause is that the earbuds are still connected to the first device.If this occurs, simply turn off Bluetooth on your first device and re-pair on the second. For all future pairing, just make sure that the earbuds are out of range of the other device or turn Bluetooth off on the device you aren't using.
