DeLallo Traditional Italian Potato Gnocchi, 1lb

I love cooking for my family of three men, and this gnocchi cooks up quickly and easily every time. The individual gnocchi cook up tender, but keep their integrity and do not fall apart. Gnocchi is so versatile, you can toss it in a pan with olive oil, fresh garlic, basil and pine nuts/sunflower seeds and finish with a dusting of grated parmesan cheese, or drench it in Alfredo sauce or red sauce. Add a protein if you want, shredded chicken is great. Super versatile, cheap and easy meal.

Like little dumplings, can add to a variety of dishes, beef stroganoff, clam chowder, ossu boco, tuna salad.

Great shelf stable pasta, I like to keep it in my pantry for a low effort meal for those rough days

I boiled the gnocchi for 4 mins without salt and then added 3-4 tbs of Michaels pasta sauce. I also added 2 dollops of stractiatella; it was delicious. We are used to eating on a low sodium diet so for us it had lots of flavor. We had this as a side, as well as a cucumber avocado salad and a burger for the main. Much better than a different brand I tried before. It wasn’t mushy, it was soft and pillowy. Very good texture. Don’t overcook them I guess.

You can't go wrong with these Gnocchis. Just make sure you don't over cook them.

Tastes great and worked really well with the recipe I had! It also has a satisfying chewiness to it. Love it

It’s quick and easy to prepare it. But it’s almost tasteless. I keep buying it because there are no other gnocchi on Amazon Fresh.
