Prior NURSAL TENS unit was beginning to not hold a charge very long (to be fair I use these units hours at a time). I also found myself finding the max setting not strong enough. That unit does not appear to be available any longer (Model No. PL-029G).This unit is Model No. AS1080. Although I have serious doubts about the integrity of these listings: nowhere can I find the model number nor specifications. None of the pics show the back with the label. The PL-029G was spec'd 3.7V and 110mAh. Frequency 1-100Hz. Pulse amplitude peak 0-80V (500 ohm load). The AS1080 is spec'd 5V, 500mA. Label info is inconsistent. Minor functional changes to buttons.I believe NURSAL is one of those marketing/branding companies that don't make anything. They pay a manufacturer to slap their name on products that many others sell under other brands. That said, this unit is better than the old one and grabbed it at as a discount (lightning sale?).The pouch comes in handy for travel. Time will tell how long the battery lasts. Right now I would buy again.UPDATE Nov 6, 2023: This unit failed after ~17 months (wouldn't charge). However, liked the unit well enough to buy it again. This new unit has much stronger pulses. We'll see how long it lasts. Knocked off one star.
