Coach Women's Crossgrain Leather City Zip Tote

The tote is a rich brown inside and out with a very stylish, modern line. Since most bags are wider at the bottom, the fact that this one is narrow horizontally and wider at the top gives it a distinctive line. It is easy and comfortable to carry over your shoulder and tucks under your arm nicely. It is wide enough to jold a magazine or laptop.

Love this bag! I have another Coach tote just like this one but in pink that I bought at a Coach outlet store. Except for the color they are identical but the price on this one was much better. Can't go wrong if you love Coach totes.

I bought this bag because I was tired of my other coach bags that slump down. I wanted one that kept its posture and with a good amount of room so I can easily find things! I am so pleased with my purse and I fully recommend!

This is my Spring purse. The chalk color looks great with beiges, dark florals, blacks even with black & white outfits. Well made, of course. My key is a easy, well constructed, study zipper. This has it. I am hard on my purses. This so far is standing strong!

Should have read the reviews prior to buying. I usually just shop the COACH outlet, but I wanted something "fast", not necessarily the best buying strategy. Purse arrived in a plastic shipping bag, no COACH box. Obvious flaws in the material, and the tag was hung on the wrong handle. COACH buyers know which side they come on. On a positive note, the size is great, I can find things easily..... but I seriously feel like I got DUPED! PS- you can actually buy this bag on the Coach Outlet site for about $100 less. Lesson learned. It still works for what I need.

This tote is true to its size and style and has great durability. I paid about $120 for it, that can be pricey for just a purse, but I feel like it's a good value for the money as I use it every day at work and serves me well.A great purchase.

I love my Pink Coach. Very sturdy and durable; however no middle liner. Everything gets lost in my purse but I do enjoy the color and how it lands on your side as far as length. The color is great also if you love pink...the color show is pretty much how it looks when it arrives.

Warning: do not purchase this bag. If I could give a zero star I would. Within 6 months this bag started fraying and the straps started to tear. When discussing with a customer support representative from Amazon I was told that the return date/time had expired. I explained this was a defective product and that a Coach bag would never do this. This was sold through Dot Dot Love Luxury Goods and I was told all returns/complaints needed to go through Amazon Customer Service.I have never written a bad review on Amazon before but this is unsatisfactory and not good customer service.Update: I have been given a full refund so Amazon customer service gets 5 stars, but the bag still only 0.
