Cra-Z-Art Timeless Creations Adult Coloring: 36ct Colored Pencils (10455-24)

I bought these thinking maybe they were different, or more creamy than the original, but I don't see that. You also get 72 instead of 100 being the largest set of CrazyArts. On the good note is I LOVE these pencils, even though I have many High end ones like Prismas, Polys, Pablos, Caran D'Asche, Neocolors, Inktense etc. They have their own unique colors, they are a Harder pencil, so they hold their point & don't need sharpening often like the softer ones. They have some really cool Neons, and some very deep beautiful tones in green & blue. So as I wear down some colors, I now have replacements. I've been in the high stress Nursing field for decades and find coloring very relaxing. I'd rather spend my $$$ on a great relaxing hobby like coloring, than on all kinds of therapists! I've learned so much from some amazingly talented artists and colorists, it's a beautiful community.

These are great! They’re perfect for adults and children, to use for coloring books or just drawing things. They came on time, I would definitely buy them again from this buyer!

Most of the pencils sharpened nicely without breakage & colored well. For some reason the black and gray broke and fell out in large chunks losing a lot of pencil. Otherwise, they are nice.

Colors more pigmented and nicer to use..at this price point you cant expect a tin. But hate the cardboard box you have to dump everything out to find pencil you want to use..but best solved by grouping like colors..yellow..orange/red..blues /purples. Etc together with rubber band and keep in plastic pencil box available at 99 cent store..dollar xtree..walmart for a dollar and toss the cardboard box in recycle bin... you can create some decent coloring with these..but takes a bit more work than say Arteza which you can sometimes find on Amazon for 19.99 for 72 pencils in sturdy tin box. Really soft and bendable joy to use close to prisma without breakage problems...like crazy art better than crayola personally..

I recently got into adult coloring books and didn't want to use my artist husband's Prismacolor pencils. I saw these Timeless Creations pencils and made the purchase. So glad I did. I have compared them to Prang, Prismacolors, Crayola, and a few others, and I keep coming back to these. They lay color down more evenly than I expected, and they are easier to use than the Prismacolors, in that I have a hard time staying within the lines with the buttery Prismacolors. I haven't had the breakage problem that some other people have described, but the Prismacolors break like there is no tomorrow. I will purchase again.
