Decent & practical Product
The media could not be loaded. I have always been a fan of this brand. As always the quality remains top notch, installation was quite easy, water flow is great. Lovely product and yes it'll definitely enhance your kitchen's look.

Tap for kitchen sink
Overall quality is good. But it is very slim. Thickness (dia) is also less. Hence look like an Light weight item. There is no heavy duty look. Not like an sturdy tap. Water flow is good. Main problem noticed that , opening the tap to clockwise and anticlockwise to close, this quite confusing always.

I am very disappointed with its quality. The faucet feels flimsy, lightweight and doesn't seem to match the durable reputation that Kohler is known for.. I would recommend looking into other brands for better durability and value.

Needs improvement
I installed it in the kitchen. In about 2 years it started leaking. This is not expected from such reputable company. We are used to buying such products for life.(at least 10-20 years). Cannot find spindle in local Mumbai market. Request the company to provide solution.UPDATE: I called their call center for replacement under 10 year warranty. They said warranty is only for 2 years. I approached AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE. They gave an email id of Kohler to register complaint. I sent an e-mail. Response was prompt. Service engineer visited next day and declared irreparable and requested for replacement. Replace came after a week. I replaced it through my plumber. Now it’s ok.I wish the confusion about warranty is clarified effectively and replacement could be little faster.I thank Kohler for fulfilling their obligation.
