Completely useless, didn’t do a thing

I’ve received my pack within November 2024 and I’ve just noticed today that the expiry date of the supplement is July 2024; so it has been expired already. I would like to return these items

Helps out with cleaning out your stomach before anything which makes the body feel lighter and also make you fall asleep in ease waking up the next morning more energized.

I really like this product as it helped me to relax and help me to sleep better. The pill is large, but I didn’t have any trouble swallowing it. I definitely would order again.

Works better than Melatonin!

Better than nothing, but there is MUCH better out there: Total magnesium: 325 mg Broken down as: ✔ 175 mg from seawater (magnesium chloride) This is decent — seawater–derived magnesium is natural, but can be a bit harder on the stomach than glycinate. ✔ 150 mg as TRAACS magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered with magnesium oxide This is the confusing part. Buffered = diluted Meaning: It is NOT 100% magnesium glycinate It is mixed with magnesium oxide, which is: poorly absorbed can cause stomach issues essentially filler magnesium TRAACS is good — but “buffered” means you’re not getting full glycinate benefit. ✔ Ashwagandha: 25 mg This is extremely low. This dose is too small to have any real therapeutic effect. Your new KSM-66 600 mg will completely replace this tiny dose.
