This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.

I expected that the heat will last for 8 hours straight and would work like water bottle, but it lasted for for an hour intermittently. Also, sticking it on my clothes did not work as it did not stick properly, and the heat could not reach my skin. Therefore, I applied it directly to my skin, and there was no harm. Don’t wast your money!

I specifically got these for work because I can’t walk around with a heating pad around. So I ordered these patches and they work so well! The last for hours. The heat takes about 5-10 minutes to kick in. After 8 hours they seemed to not be so hot but still kept the heat. Reliable in many ways. Heat, traveling, work etc. Definitely worth a try!

It’s amazing. Put it on my lower stomach felt amazing immediately, I was mostly lying down but when I did get up the patch was sticking it didn’t fall off. The heat was also good I could reallly feel it helped my cramps tremendously.Only wish I had more patches. But overall 10/10

The recent batch I got are super thin and do not heat up like other Rael patches I’ve used in the past. Mind you, I’ve ordered these patches many times! This is the second time I’ve received thin, ineffective patches. Super disappointed as these patches help me get through the day when I have my period.

I bought this to bring with me on a recent trip because I did not want to bring my plug-in heating pad. It didn't stick very well, and the heat was not consistent, however was easy to use and a good size for travel.
