I like their capsules. My fault that I did not see that I was buying tablets this time. They are huge and very difficult to swallow. I’m glad I don’t take them every day. You have to take them more than once a day and a couple thousand mg each time. Was recommended by a pharmacist.

I take multiple supplements from this brand with great satisfaction. Very large tablet. May be difficult to swallow for some, especially if broken in half.

I got this as a suggestion on helping a cold sore before it starts and it WORKED!!!! I felt the tingle and took 2 pills a day in an empty stomach as suggested for about 1.5-2 weeks. No cold sore appeared, just the tingle, which I noticed this helped with that as well. Felt the difference after just 1 day of taking it. Can't rave enough about it. I did pair it with a Zinc blend and took them 2 hours apart.
