Q: Would this fit a 24"x24" square bird cage

I believe it would. The description says it fits small cages and cages up to 55 to 100 inches. I have one and it does a pretty good job keeping seeds and feathers inside the cage. I know this because every day when I clean my cage, I turn the bottom of the net inside out to empty and everything the net catches falls out and I vacuum the stuff up. And the net is machine washable and dryer safe. I am very pleased with the net myself.
