Love these Chandeliers!
I ordered three of these chandeliers. They are fantastic. A great fun look for the hallway. Lots of color, no need to break any glass because they are acrylic. Almost everyone that comes in the house loves them. They are cheery and fun.

Gorgeous but Challenging
This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous, but it is challenging to assemble. After reading other’s reviews and reading the instructions, I hired an electrician to install and even he found it challenging. Once wires were assembled, he tested every bulb socket before proceeding and had to reverse some wires? I really wasn’t following what he was saying, because I am not an electrician and I decided then and there that I was glad I didn’t attempt the install myself. I’ve hung many light fixtures but this was not a simple task. He also mentioned that the housing in my ceiling was set up to be able to install multiple types and that if it wasn’t he would have had to go to Lowe’s to get the proper type. Just be aware that this might be an issue for you before you get too far in. I put all the beautiful drippy crystals on the assembled fixture and that was also challenging because they aren’t attached by hooks but little round rings like you find on key rings. 20/20 hind sight tells me that I should have attached the crystals to the glass bowls before assembling the “candle” portion of the arm. Trying to see what I was doing while the chandelier was hanging near my ceiling difficult. Despite the challenges, I still give this 5 stars because it is so pretty and was perfect to achieve the look I wanted in my bedroom.

Prettier than the picture!
Honestly, from the ad photos, I didn't know how I'd like these sconces. I could not tell from their photos what the center part is made of, the part that conceals the wiring. It's a shiny chrome inside of a cut glass surround, which looks very good. I bought two sconces, one for either side of the bed, and they look great and cast a good bit of light with 7w LED bulbs. Instructions were easy enough and my electrician had no trouble installing them. I love the way they look, so classy and pretty

Pretty but a pain to put together
My wife wanted these for he luxury she-shed.. instructions are confusing as its really just a picture. Lots of little pieces to put together.. in the end she was very pleased with them.

Absolutely Gorgeous Sparkling Cognac Chandeliers
Absolutely Gorgeous Sparkling Cognac Chandeliers .... We ordered 2 to start for the Foyer and Kitchen. We loved these SO much, we ordered 2 more for the DR and MBR. We live in an ATL Vintage Highrise. These are exquisite / high quality looking for a value price. The installer took some time (about 2 hours each chandelier, because they are delicate and require care plus the install of each Cognac Crystal). Family and Friends jaw drop ... these are Gold Cognac Color TRULY STUNNING. They were packed carefully and arrived fast. This lighting looks dazzling vintage Parisian style (in our opinion). European looking! When lit, your guests will be amazed!!!

looks nice now that it's installed, but too many issues....
My wife ordered this chandelier, and we just installed it last week. It is a very beautiful piece, but there are some issues with it.1) The installation instructions were fairly detailed in a couple of instances, but very vague in other instances.2) Thankfully, my wife also bought a ceiling medallion to install above this chandelier. If she would not have bought this medallion, the canopy included with the chandelier would not be wide enough to cover the ceiling box.3) As several other reviewers have said, there is not a plate that comes with this product that is designed for a standard American ceiling box. The standard box has 2 screws spaced 3.5” apart. The ‘plate’ that comes with this chandelier is designed for screws 2.5” (or approximate) apart. I assume this may be standard in whatever country (China maybe?) that this product was manufactured in. I just went to Lowes and bought a cover for a ceiling box with a punch out in the center to run the wiring through. I then drilled a couple of holes in the cover and attached the plate from the chandelier with bolts, nuts and washers.4) The ground wire….there is what appears to be a small picture of where to attach the ground from the ceiling to the unit, but it says nothing about it. The funny thing is that if you attach it as shown in the little picture in the instructions, it attaches to a set screw that does not screw in fully to the rod, so the ground is not tight. I found several tiny washers at home and stacked them up on the set screw just to make sure the ground was tight. With this being said, I’m not even very confident that attaching the ground wire at this location actually does anything.5) The wire that runs the entire length of the chandelier is about the same gauge as speaker wire. I suppose it’s ok for six 40 watt bulbs, but I was tempted to replace it with romex (although I didn’t since the romex could possibly be seen through parts of the clear chandelier).6) This is a pretty big issue from the manufacturing facility. So big that if higher wattage bulbs were used, there would be a possibility of burning your house down (or just being electrocuted). There are 6 ‘arms’ which hold the actual light bulbs. Each arm is pre-wired with a wire attached to the bulb connector on one end, and 2 loose wires on the other end that are labeled as ‘L’ for line/hot or ‘N’ for neutral. Just to have a warm fuzzy, I got out my cheap multimeter to make sure they were all labeled consistently, and I found that 5 of the 6 arms were actually incorrectly labeled. With a light bulb, the ‘base’ of the bulb should be wired to the ‘hot’ side (in this case, coming out of my ceiling box), and the threaded part of the bulb should be tied to the neutral side. I found that only 1 of the arms was labeled this way. On the other 5 arms, the hot side (L) was tied to the threads of the connector, and the neutral side (N) was tied to the base. Again, it will probably (hopefully) be ok, however in the past, if the ‘hot’ side was tied to the threaded part of the lightbulb connector, if you changed the bulb and power was still going to the light, you could be electrocuted. Thankfully, these bulbs fit down into the connector, so it would be difficult to make contact with the threaded part while screwing the bulb into the connector.7) We didn’t even notice this until we had it fully installed, but the bottom glass base of the unit had a chip in it. Luckily with so many sparkly things hanging down from the chandelier, it doesn’t stand out, and we were definitely not going to take everything back down, re-box it and return it to Amazon over something that no one would ever notice.

Gorgeous!!!
Pictures cannot do this chandelier justice. I was unsure about going with the cognac color , but, I am so glad I did. It is absolutely gorgeous. It wasn’t too hard to put together. Only thing is it is made of glass and a part fell and broke. Checked the store to see if I could just order the part that was broken. I wasn’t able to find it so I had to order a whole other chandelier for that one part. But the light is very reasonably priced especially considering how beautiful it is so I don’t mind.

Beautiful chandelier
We got this to replace an older dining room light. Although it took me the better part of a day to assemble and install it, we are very pleased with the results!
