The media could not be loaded. You need Three of the for a portion - the taste is ok on the first one but by the third all you can taste is chemicals. Texture is great and the caffeine hit is great for the gym.

I work in a job with random shift patterns so I carry these with me in my bag. I hate pre work drinks if you do get these! Nice burst of eye hen you need then no crash.. in my experience.Try them they are wrapped individually so you can pop into your pack or pocket.Good if you’re a busy person and coffee isn’t cutting it.. just saying 💅🏻 ha ha xxxxxxxxxx
