Is it supposed to come with the scoop?

Been buying gfuel for years never got one without a scoop. Some times its at the bottom of the tub.

There’s a warning about lead exposure. What’s that all about?

There was a small lawsuit months ago in California that claimed that they found g fuel to have .5 or something higher then the legal safe limit for lead in the state of California. But nearly all water straight from the tap has some type of metal in it if not filtered or what not.
